The firm follows the guidelines laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand for audit work.

In keeping with the firm’s mission of adding value to it’s clients businesses, where appropriate and when requested by clients, the firm offers advice on various management aspects of the clients operations. Work undertaken in this category includes:

•Assistance with the design and implementation of management accounting systems.
•Advice with regards to long term financial planning.
•Advice concerning the companies future strategic direction.
•Advice concerning the clients financial structure, debt and profit
•Advice on mergers and acquisitions.
•Advice on organisation structure and finance function personnel.

The firm carries out this type of work in disciplines in which it is competent and where it can offer expertise from skills available within the firm. From time to time it is appropriate for the firm to refer specialist management advisory work to reputable outside professional consulting organisations where the required skills are available.
